• Fully equipped kitchen with a stunning view of Table Rock Lake
and the Kimberling City Bridge - Granite countertops, cookware, dishes, glasses, flatware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, drip coffee maker (bring your favorite coffee and essentials), toaster, indoor electric grill, crockpot, blender, Henckels cutlery, spices, hand mixer,
mixing bowls, baking sheet, Brita
water dispenser, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Kitchen also includes a breakfast bar with seating, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven with stove top, microwave, and dishwasher.

TELEVISIONS
• Three TV's total, all with cable. 2 Smart/ Roku, 1 Regular
• Living Room and Second Bedroom have Roku smart TV's with cable. Cable channel guide provided.
• Master Bedroom has a regular TV with cable. Channel guide provided.

• Second bedroom can sleep 5. It includes a queen size bed, bunk beds (twin above full), private bath with shower/tub combo, vanity with mirror, smart Roku TV with cable, closet with hangers and shelving, dresser, beach towels for the pool/lake, dedicated plug-ins to charge your electronics bedside, ceiling fan, and portable fan.

PRIVATE BATHROOMS
• Master bath includes a jacuzzi shower/tub combo, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), hair dryer, dedicated makeup removal washcloths, towels, first aid kit, and hand soap.
o Second bath includes a shower/tub combo, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) and a first aid kit. The vanity includes a hair dryer, dedicated makeup removal washcloths, towels, and hand soap.

DINING AREA
• Square dining table can seat four and transforms easily into a round which can seat up to 8 utilizing the stools from the breakfast bar. Stools are the same height as the dining chairs. This area also has a stunning view of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge.

LIVING AREA
• Captivating view of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge, smart Roku TV with cable, ceiling fan, cozy and comfortable seating, blankets, games, and cards.

PRIVATE COVERED PATIO
• Experience one of the best views of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge. You can hear the water lapping against the shore
which gives you a very peaceful, tranquil feeling. You'll see all kinds of makes and models of boats and yachts, paddle boarders, kayakers, fisherman. It's a pure joy to just sit on the patio and take it all in. There is seating
and tables for you to enjoy your cup of coffee, glass of wine, or to just relax. You can also have a little friendly challenge and see who ends up with bragging rights playing the Tiki Toss Ring Game! One of our favorites! The patio has a gate so you can just walk off and head to the shoreline and swim or catch a fish!

WASHER & DRYER
• In the condo, located near the kitchen.
Detergent provided.

PARKING
• Free parking. You can park your boat trailer in the lot EXCEPT for summer weekends (Memorial Day through Labor Day Thursdays - Sundays). Launch ramp, courtesy dock, and parking is available at Port of Kimberling Marina, only a mile away, 6 minutes.

LAKESIDE POOL
• Outdoor lakeside community pool.
Spectacular view of the lake and includes a community charcoal grill and pool furniture (tables, umbrellas, chairs and lounge chairs.
• Typical Pool Operation:
Opens - Friday Before Mother's Day
Closes - 2 Weeks After Labor Day Hours of Operation:
10:00am - 10:00pm

GENERAL
• Linens, towels, blankets and pillows are provided.

• One Ring Doorbell is located by the front door facing outward.
