PRIVATE COVERED PATIO
• Experience one of the best views of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge. You can hear the water lapping against the shore
which gives you a very peaceful, tranquil feeling. You'll see all kinds of makes and models of boats and yachts, paddle boarders, kayakers, fisherman. It's a pure joy to just sit on the patio and take it all in. There is seating
and tables for you to enjoy your cup of coffee, glass of wine, or to just relax. You can also have a little friendly challenge and see who ends up with bragging rights playing the Tiki Toss Ring Game! One of our favorites! The patio has a gate so you can just walk off and head to the shoreline and swim or catch a fish!

PARKING
• Free parking. You can park your boat trailer in the lot EXCEPT for summer weekends (Memorial Day through Labor Day Thursdays - Sundays). Launch ramp, courtesy dock, and parking is available at Port of Kimberling Marina, only a mile away, 6 minutes.
LAKESIDE POOL
• Outdoor lakeside community pool.
Spectacular view of the lake and includes a community charcoal grill and pool furniture (tables, umbrellas, chairs and lounge chairs.
