Leaving the resort may be the hardest thing you have to do!! The resort is gated and is 5 minutes north of the beautiful Branson Landing and Lake Taneycomo.

5 day cancellation. Anything outside of 5 days we will fully refund you. If it’s within the 5 days we will hold your funds and apply them to a future booking.
Your Property
Stylish 2 BR/2 BA condo that has approx. 1100 sq feet and so much space for 6 people. Located in the beautiful resort of Holiday Hills, this condo is near lots of fun amenities and well kept grounds! There are stairs going down to this unit.

There is also a very private patio that backs up to the trees. There is a Sunfest grocery store close by along with a gas station, Dollar General and restaurants. You are approx. 5 minutes from the Branson Landing and great downtown shopping.
Things to know:
1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review.
2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $500 if any smell from those are noticed in the home.
3. When you arrive if you find something that needs taken care of, notify us immediately so we can address it. Not after you check out. If we don’t know about something we cannot take care of it right away.
4. Please do not disturb the other guests around you and keep the noise to a minimum.
5. When you receive your checkin/checkout information, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY! It will save you from having to contact us for information that is already in the message.
6. Please do not burn candles in the home, no glitter, confetti, paint, dyes , children’s slime, sticky foods or drinks on the furniture or beds/bedding. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us right away.
7. Please do not move large furniture around in the home. Please leave the furniture exactly where it is located.
8. WE ONLY RENT TO AGE 24 AND OVER!!
9. We cannot grant early checkins or late checkouts during peak season. We manage over 50 properties and our housekeepers need every moment between those times to make sure the units are ready on time for the next guests. We ask that you leave promptly at 10:00 am on your departure date. We will charge $20.00 for every 15 min. past the checkout time. We are sorry we have to do that, but it happened far too often last year. We appreciate your understanding on this.
We do truly appreciate our guests and want you to have the best experience possible, but also protect our owners property and the importance of the time of our housekeeping teams.
