You are 5 miles to the Indian Point Marina for fun in the sun and boat or jet ski rentals to explore the beauty of Table Rock Lake. You can even hear the train whistle from SDC off in the distance.

This beautiful condo is decorated with beautiful handmade wood furniture and the location is so peaceful and wooded. Enjoy the wildlife that sometimes roams the property and the chipmunks are a favorite here. There are 2 bedrooms with each having gorgeous hand crafted king sized beds. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower and the master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room has an electric fireplace to enjoy the ambiance and to relax after a busy day at SDC. It also has a queen sofa bed. This condo sleeps 4 guests. The kitchen is stocked to cook delicious meals. The private balcony is stunning and you can enjoy morning coffee while the sun rises or a night cap when the sun sets. You will enjoy this cozy cabin feel and it’s a great home away from home.
Things to know:
First and foremost, we get this question daily….can we check in early or check out late? During summer, peak time and holidays, we CANNOT do either of those. We manage 65 properties and with traffic, and being almost fully booked most days, this is just something we CANNOT do. We want our guests to have the best attention given to each home. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. We appreciate you and we thank you!
1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review.
2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $500 if any smell from those are noticed in the home.
3. When you arrive if you find something that needs taken care of, notify us immediately so we can address it. Not after you check out. If we don’t know about something we cannot take care of it right away.
4. Please do not disturb the other guests around you and keep the noise to a minimum.
5. When you receive your checkin/checkout information, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY! It will save you from having to contact us for information that is already in the message.
6. Please do not burn candles in the home, no glitter, confetti, paint, dyes , children’s slime, sticky foods or drinks on the furniture or beds/bedding. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us right away.
7. Please do not move large furniture around in the home. Please leave the furniture exactly where it is located.
8. WE ONLY RENT TO AGE 24 AND OVER!!
9. We cannot grant early checkins or late checkouts during peak season. We manage over 50 properties and our housekeepers need every moment between those times to make sure the units are ready on time for the next guests. We ask that you leave promptly at 10:00 am on your departure date. We will charge $20.00 for every 15 min. past the checkout time. We are sorry we have to do that, but it happened far too often last year. We appreciate your understanding on this.
We do truly appreciate our guests and want you to have the best experience possible, but also protect our owners property and the importance of the time of our housekeeping teams.
