NEWLY Remodeled home in Branson

This beautifully remodeled home will greet you with a cute fenced in yard and very close to downtown Branson. New furnishings, an adorable kitchen, dining area and living room. The master bedroom has a King bed and is cozy and comfortable. The 2 BD has a stylish bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. There will also be a twin mattress for extra use. In the room with the bunkbeds you will enjoy the best canvas photos of whimsical animals. There is also an alcove for tv, books and games. The bathroom has been completely remodeled and updated with stunning tile features. This home does not have central heating and air, however it does have a split AC heating and air. This beautiful home also has a gorgeous 14 x 14 sunroom to enjoy games or early morning coffee. This sunroom also extends out to a 14 x 20 outdoor deck with a propane grill where you can enjoy family nights together! The deck will offer a new 6 Ft. Norandex table and chairs to enjoy! We do offer a washer and dryer but you do have to go outside to the door that leads to the basement to use them. We are wrapping up the details with more pictures coming soon!!

Things to know:

First and foremost, we get this question daily….can we check in early or check out late? During summer, peak time and holidays, we CANNOT do either of those. We manage 65 properties and with traffic, and being almost fully booked most days, this is just something we CANNOT do. We want our guests to have the best attention given to each home. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. We appreciate you and we thank you!

1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review.

2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $500 if any smell from those are noticed in the home.

3. When you arrive if you find something that needs taken care of, notify us immediately so we can address it. Not after you check out. If we don’t know about something we cannot take care of it right away.

4. Please do not disturb the other guests around you and keep the noise to a minimum.

5. When you receive your checkin/checkout information, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY! It will save you from having to contact us for information that is already in the message.

6. Please do not burn candles in the home, no glitter, confetti, paint, dyes , children’s slime, sticky foods or drinks on the furniture or beds/bedding. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us right away. We know accidents happen and will determine if something needs charged to the guest.

7. Please do not move large furniture around in the home. Please leave the furniture exactly where it is located.

8. WE ONLY RENT TO AGE 24 AND OVER!!

9. We cannot grant early checkins or late checkouts during peak season. We manage over 50 properties and our housekeepers need every moment between those times to make sure the units are ready on time for the next guests. We ask that you leave promptly at 10:00 am on your departure date. We will charge $20.00 for every 15 min. past the checkout time. We are sorry we have to do that, but it happened far too often last year. We appreciate your understanding on this.

We do truly appreciate our guests and want you to have the best experience possible, but also protect our owners property and the importance of the time of our housekeeping teams.
