First and foremost, we get this question daily….can we check in early or check out late? During summer, peak time and holidays, we CANNOT do either of those. We manage nearly 70 properties and with traffic, and being almost fully booked most days, this is just something we CANNOT do. We want our guests to have the best attention given to each home. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. We appreciate you and we thank you!
There is a strict NO PET policy!! If pets are discovered being there, the guests will be ask to vacate with no refund and will be charged for the extra damage or cleaning. We all love our pets and have them, but we have this rule in place for many reasons and we hope that you will respect them.
Enjoy this beautiful view and lake life on the wrap around deck, large outdoor firepit or down on the private dock!! It’s the perfect property for several families with kids to stay! Want to enjoy the lake? Our private boat dock is a 300 feet and gentle walk from the back porch, where you can enjoy swimming off our 12x60 swim platform with ladder to get in and out of the water quickly and easily. Included with the use of the private boat dock is paddle boards, canoe, kayak, swim noodles, life jackets and lake towels. One of our favorite amenities about this house is the downstairs kids cabin play area with their own smart television and card table with plenty of board games. This will allow plenty of adult time on the back porch while unwinding from your fun day of adventure.
