NEW 3BR 3BA Luxury Lake Condo! Lazy River/Pools

This beautiful 4 unit, 4 story building sits atop of what used to be called “Dream Catchers Mountain”! When you enter through the the main door on the ground floor, you will see the 2 indoor pools and large arcade room. There is an elevator or stairs to take you to the 2nd floor where the condo is located. Once you arrive to this stunning condo which is all on one floor and no steps, you enter in to a wide open concept with a modern kitchen, plenty of cookware, utensils and enjoy the coffee and wine bar. A beautifully decorated living room, a large 68 inch TV with sound bar, and a cozy electric fireplace. There are beautiful views of parts of Table Rock Lake. One of the two big decks looks over the lazy River and pools, the other has peeks of the lake and children’s playground. All three bedrooms have an en-suite full bathroom in each. One BR has a king bed, 2 BR has queen bed and you can go out to the deck from both those bedrooms sliding glass doors. The 3rd bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and 2 full beds. There are some board games provided for guests enjoyment. All bedrooms have TV’s in them as well. We also provide a full size washer and dryer. There is a propane grill provided on the big deck with grilling utensils to cook those delicious steaks from Harter House.

This condo is pet friendly, (dogs only) but we do ask they be potty trained and crated if left alone. We want our guests to be able to bring their fur babies but to respect the owners property and items in them.

There are 2 full-service marinas that are a very short drive away with boats, slips, and equipment ready for you to rent. The complex provides a large area for boat and trailer parking.

Take the easy drive into Branson to hit up your favorite golfing, entertainment, restaurants, water parks, aquarium, Silver Dollar City, zip lines, go-carts, putt-putt, and so much more!

This is the place where memories are made!
Local Restaurants, Supermarket, Coffee Shops, Gas, etc - 3-5 mi.
Silver Dollar City - 13 mi (22 mins.)
Ledgestone Golf Course and Restaurant - 11 miles (20 minutes)

Things to know:

First and foremost, we get this question daily….can we check in early or check out late? During summer, peak time and holidays, we CANNOT do either of those. We manage 65 properties and with traffic, and being almost fully booked most days, this is just something we CANNOT do. We want our guests to have the best attention given to each home. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. We appreciate you and we thank you!


1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review.

2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $500 if any smell from those are noticed in the home.

3. When you arrive if you find something that needs taken care of, notify us immediately so we can address it. Not after you check out. If we don’t know about something we cannot take care of it right away.

4. Please do not disturb the other guests around you and keep the noise to a minimum.

5. When you receive your checkin/checkout information, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY! It will save you from having to contact us for information that is already in the message.

6. Please do not burn candles in the home, no glitter, confetti, paint, dyes , children’s slime, sticky foods or drinks on the furniture or beds/bedding. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us right away. We know accidents happen and will determine if something needs charged to the guest.

7. Please do not move large furniture around in the home. Please leave the furniture exactly where it is located.

8. WE ONLY RENT TO AGE 24 AND OVER!!

9. We cannot grant early checkins or late checkouts during peak season. We manage over 50 properties and our housekeepers need every moment between those times to make sure the units are ready on time for the next guests. We ask that you leave promptly at 10:00 am on your departure date. We will charge $20.00 for every 15 min. past the checkout time. We are sorry we have to do that, but it happened far too often last year. We appreciate your understanding on this.

We do truly appreciate our guests and want you to have the best experience possible, but also protect our owners property and the importance of the time of our housekeeping teams.
