The interior of Indian Point Haven is plush, spacious, and well-updated. Enjoy cooking meals with our stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen. Have plenty of laughs with game nights at one of the home's interior or exterior tables. Enjoy all the comforts such as a washer/dryer, central heating and air-conditioning, internet and a gas grill. After indulging in delicious bbq or steaks from the grill, gather around the firepit for gooey s'mores and campfire stories. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are some great restaurants/bars close by like the Lake House, Indian Point floating Cafe and the Parrots Pavilion and tiki bar which also offers live music. This home sleeps 16!

Things to know:

1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review.

2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $300 if any smell from those are noticed in the home.

3. When you arrive if you find something that needs taken care of, notify us immediately so we can address it. Not after you check out. If we don’t know about something we cannot take care of right away.

4. Please do not disturb the other guests around you and keep the noise to a minimum.

5. When you receive your checkin/checkout information, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY! It will save you from having to contact us for information that is already in the message.

6. Please do not burn candles in the home, no glitter, confetti, paint, dyes, children’s slime, markers , sticky foods or drinks on the furniture or beds/bedding. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us right away.

7. Please do not move large furniture around in the home. Leave the furniture exactly where it is located.

8. WE ONLY RENT TO AGE 24 AND OVER!!

9. We cannot grant early checkins or late checkouts during peak season. We manage over 50 properties and our housekeepers need every moment between those times to make sure the units are ready on time for the next guests. We ask that you leave promptly at 10:00 am on your departure date. We will charge $20.00 for every 15 min. past the checkout time. We are sorry we have to do that, but it happened far too often last year. We appreciate your understanding on this.
