This lakefront community features gated entry, a lavish clubhouse, fitness gym, multiple outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, a marina and a courtesy dock. Emerald Pointe is also in close proximity to popular landmarks like Silver Dollar City, Branson Airport, the Showboat Branson Belle, along with some of the top golf courses in the United States.
This condo has 3 BR each with a king bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom as well. There is a large fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Enjoy the sunroom for morning coffee or use as an extra play area for the kids. Plenty of space to host family or friends. This condo does not have stairs. The pool is just a few doors down and an easy walk.
There is a marina located within emerald pointe called Branson Bay marina that allows you to put your boat in using their ramp.
