Cheerful 2BR 2BA/ 2 miles to SDC/Wooded Location

This charming condo has easy access to enter with no stairs. Once you enter, the colors of this beautifully decorated condo will brighten your day! So many delightful and updated details. The view from the large balcony overlooks the Ozark hills and it’s stunning. The first bedroom has a king bed with a guest bathroom next to it. That bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy cooking some meals. The 2nd or master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The living room is colorful and cozy and has a queen pullout couch. This condo sleeps 6.

Things to know:

1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review.

2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $500 if any smell from those are noticed in the home.
Notch Estates allows smoking in the parking lot away from units. Please clean up any butts and dispose properly.

3. When you arrive if you find something that needs taken care of, notify us immediately so we can address it. Not after you check out. If we don’t know about something we cannot take care of it right away.

4. Please do not disturb the other guests around you and keep the noise to a minimum.

5. When you receive your checkin/checkout information, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY! It will save you from having to contact us for information that is already in the message.

6. Please do not burn candles in the home, no glitter, confetti, paint, dyes , children’s slime, sticky foods or drinks on the furniture or beds/bedding. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us right away. We know accidents happen and will determine if something needs charged to the guest.

7. Please do not move large furniture around in the home. Please leave the furniture exactly where it is located.

8. WE ONLY RENT TO AGE 24 AND OVER!!

9. We cannot grant early checkins or late checkouts during peak season. We manage over 50 properties and our housekeepers need every moment between those times to make sure the units are ready on time for the next guests. We ask that you leave promptly at 10:00 am on your departure date. We will charge $20.00 for every 15 min. past the checkout time. We are sorry we have to do that, but it happened far too often last year. We appreciate your understanding on this.

10. This is a NO Pet home! Only owners that live at the complex may have pets. This complex is monitored by employees and if a pet is spotted, they will report it to us immediately and the guests will have to pay the fine. If there is signs of a pet in the unit, you will also be charged for any damage and extra cleaning by housekeepers.

We do truly appreciate our guests and want you to have the best experience possible, but also protect our owners property and the importance of the time of our housekeeping teams.
