Beautiful Lakehouse/4BR/Sleeps 12/Pools

Walking into this beautiful vacation home at Table Rock Lake, you can't help but feel relaxed! Each room has been completely renovated with BRAND NEW furnishings. This lake home is one of many cabins, which share two amazing POOLS and a HOT TUB.
There is a lot of seating with two living rooms and plenty of space for games and meals together at the oversized dining table. This home features 4 king beds and 2 queen sofa beds, perfect for your large group!
In the upstairs living room, you'll find additional entertainment options, such as:

> Original Nintendo (NES) game system
> Nintendo Wii
Both floors allow you to step outside onto the deck. The lower deck is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Just off the lower deck is your personal charcoal grill, ready for you to grill up those burgers and hot dogs.

**OUR CLEANLINESS STANDARD**

First and foremost, we get this question daily….can we check in early or check out late? During summer, peak time and holidays, we CANNOT do either of those. We manage 65 properties and with traffic, and being almost fully booked most days, this is just something we CANNOT do. We want our guests to have the best attention given to each home. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. We appreciate you and we thank you!

We know having a clean Airbnb stay is important to you, which is why we go above and beyond the typical "cleaning duties" of
other hosts.

Guests have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to two outdoor pools within the community (open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend). You'll also have access to the community hot tub which is open year round. One of the pools and the hot tub are located only about 30 feet from our deck!

Other things to note
STAIRS:
For those trying to avoid stairs, the ground level of this home has the kitchen, living room, laundry, and 2 bedrooms with only two stairs needed to access!
BOAT TRAILER:
There is parking available for those hauling their own boat to Table Rock. After putting your boat in at the Indian Point Marina, you can unhook your trailer and leave it parked in the trailer parking, which is just adjacent to the home. NOTE: We are not responsible for property theft or damage. Guests should due diligence when leaving their possessions in the parking lot.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY:
Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1,000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
